DrawBrackets keeps your tournaments on your device. We have no accounts, analytics or ads.
On your device
The bracket maker saves your tournaments in your browser's local storage, on the device you are using. They never leave it unless you share a live link. Clearing your browser data deletes them.
Live links
When you choose "Share live link", the tournament's team names, results and schedule are stored on our server so anyone with the link can view it. The record is deleted when you stop sharing, or 180 days after its last update. A private edit key stays in your browser so only you can change the shared bracket.
Snapshot links (addresses with /view#) keep the whole bracket in the link itself and are not stored on our server.
What we do not do
There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking cookies.
Rate limiting
To stop abuse, the server counts live-link requests per IP address. The counts are kept in memory only, for at most an hour, and are never saved.
